• Utilization of our extensive proprietary candidate database to identify, qualify, and network with potential candidates. We provide access to exceptional talent in a cost effective and efficient manner.
• Consultation and negotiation with candidates regarding compensation expectations to enable a successful search result. We ensure the candidate's goals and requirements are aligned with the opportunity and consistent with the client's expectations, company, and culture.
• Effective on-boarding and post placement follow up. We continue to consult with our candidate and client during the first several months of employment to ensure a successful transition.

Comprehensive Recruiting works on a contingency fee basis. We only earn a fee upon the successful placement of one of our referred candidates. There are no upfront fees or retainers for us to refer potential candidates.
